The print dialog will open. Set Destination to Save as PDF.

Set Paper size to A4. Set Margins to Default.

Click More settings and make sure Headers and footers is turned OFF — this prevents the browser from printing the date and page URL on the report.

Tick Background graphics so the navy header and gold colours print correctly.

Click Save. Patient name, lab name, and page numbers appear automatically on every page.

⚠️ Important: Headers and footers must be OFF or the browser will print the date and URL on the first page.
